Andrew and his wife Kary have called the City of Stillwater home since 2015. Their two boys are proud Ponies and attend Stillwater Area Public Schools. Their family also consists of their 6-year-old German Shepherd Dog.

Andrew and Kary grew up together in North Branch, Minnesota, and have been married for over 22 years. She is a pre-kindergarten teacher in the district’s Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) program.

Andrew has spent more than 19 years at Wealth Enhancement where he is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor and Equity Shareholder within the award-winning St. Croix Valley Team. He completed his B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Computer Information Systems at The College of Saint Scholastica where he played four years of men’s basketball. He later earned an MBA from Augsburg University and a Graduate Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted family man, avid gardener, and dedicated community volunteer. He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Gillette Children's and is an active member of the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club. Andrew was elected to a four-year term on Stillwater Area Public Schools (ISD 834) Board of Education, where he currently serves as Vice-Chair, and he was appointed to the ISD 916 Northeast Metro Intermediate School District Board, where he now serves as Chair.

His past leadership includes serving as the Council President at Trinity Lutheran Church in Stillwater and contributing to the National Campaign Leadership Committee for The College of Saint Scholastica. He also served as Alumni Association President and the Alumni Representative to the Board of Trustees for the college.
